Categories of Membership:

Founder Members

All persons who were accepted, as Members prior to the General Meeting of the 21st October 1964, shall deemed to be Founder Members and will not be required to pay annual subscription. Founding membership entitles the Member to all Club facilities and also attracts all Club membership responsibilities

Ordinary Members

Persons being the full owner of a seaworthy boat or one capable of being operated safely in the Lagos Harbour or Creeks shall be eligible for Ordinary Membership. Where a member ceases to own a serviceable boat for any reason, he must advice the Committee in writing of this fact, stating his intention to either repair the boat or acquire a serviceable replacement boat.

Renewal of membership will not be automatic for those members without a serviceable boat who have not informed the Committee of their definite intention of complying with boat ownership rules
